The Pehlivan Law Office was established in Istanbul by the Lawyer Nihat PEHLIVAN in 1990. Mr. Pehlivan, who completed his law education at the Faculty of Law of the University of Istanbul between the years of 1984-1988, has already completed a period of 20 years at his attorneyship profession. Within this period, he conducted legal works, researches and examinations within the domestic field as well as abroad, mainly in the United States of America. The Lawyer Nihat PEHLIVAN, who offered his services as an independent lawyer for 20 years, has made a decision of gaining a corporate structure in order to increase the service quality that he offers his domestic and foreign clients. The Lawyer Nihat PEHLIVAN having restructured his business and consequently, initiated the corporate process from 2009 onward started to offer his services under the title of the Pehlivan Law Office.

At the end of works, conducted by the Ministry of Justice, it will be possible for the lawyers within a short period of time to carry out a lot of procedures including commencement of a suit from their offices without visiting courts. Our office has attributed necessary importance to the electronic substructure in order to ensure the settlement of the matters and keep up with the age and technology and effectuated necessary arrangements on this matter. The clients that we represent may examine their case (court) files, proceeded by our office, through any part of the world via Internet at virtual media 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, and by doing so, may have knowledge instantly on any procedure, made in this respect and take part in the course of the legal action in an active manner.  
     

The most important problem of our present-time is the lack of time. Our basic objective within this framework is to avert the lack of time, contribute to the rise of work efficiency, find the optimum settlement for the problems within the scope of seeking reconciliation in a rapid manner and apply the same accordingly and thus, to offer our services for the creation of a transparent judicial system consciousness, spread over the base.
